The majority of T&G's competitors convey the image of the typical woman we know from fashion magazines and international catwalks, seemingly forgetting that the actual customers are normal people, who aren't all that likely to resemble models.
Those customers buy a face in an ad, not a haircut. To avoid any resulting disappointment, we decided to focus on the actual haircut for a change.
